Student Apartment Complex
The complex includes studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
- Each apartment is unfurnished and features a kitchen, ample study and living space with internet wiring and cable television.
- Basic appliances such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator are included and some units are equipped with a dishwasher or washer and dryer.
- Some animal friendly apartments (with no monthly animal fees) are available.
Recreational areas include volleyball court, basketball court, kid鈥檚 playground, heated swimming pool and areas with barbecue grills. Residents also have access to a clubhouse with a big screen TV, pool table, ping pong table, a foosball table as well as a workout facility. In addition, MWU is a gated community, with 24-hour security.

Student Apartment Complex Information and Costs
Housing Information
Please note:
- Housing availability: Housing is based on a first-come first-served basis.
- Rent includes: Phone, water and garbage services.
- Rent excludes: Internet, electricity, and cable. It is the student鈥檚 responsibility to connect to those services. Internet and Cable Services are provided by Century Link.
- Laundry services: Free of charge laundry facilities are located in every building for units A-D.
- Animal friendly buildings: Buildings A-F (studio, standard and luxury one bedroom and standard and luxury two bedrooms) are animal friendly.
Security Deposit
Please note: Housing is based on a first come first served basis. A $500 security deposit fee is required with your housing application. Please be advised that the $500 application fee stays as a security deposit and is not refundable until you move out.
Of the $500 deposit, only $250 is refundable if the apartment is left in good condition at move-out. The remaining $250 is non-refundable and will apply toward cleaning and maintenance. If the apartment is left unclean or with severe damages, the entire $500 deposit will be forfeited.
The $500 application fee is fully refundable if you withdraw your application by March 15th; however, if you fail to withdraw your application by the March 30th deadline and an apartment had been assigned to you, you will automatically forfeit the $500 application fee.
Housing prices are subject to change at the start of the new 2027 academic year.
Service Interruptions
The University will not be liable for any interruption in service (including air conditioning, electricity, Internet access, cable, phone service, etc.) resulting from causes beyond its control, and such interruptions will not relieve the student, in whole or in part, from the obligation of his/her housing contract.

Office Hours & Locations
Our office is located in the Cactus Clubhouse and our hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Resident assistants are available Monday-Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 24/7 on the weekend.

One and Two Bedroom Apartments
Each apartment is unfurnished with stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Some units have dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
